Galileo configurator has built-in scanner so we can see Eurosens DPS messages:

We can see that each message from sensor contains several parameters:
bytes 1-2 : internal raw sensor data
bytes 3-4 : pressure  in kPa
bytes 5-6 : axle load in kg

And we can assign desired parameters to protocol tags column

Then choose protocol tags to be sent to server
